We strive to maintain sufficient inventory to meet your needs. In the rare case that a product is out of stock, you will be notified at the time of your order. We will then do everything we can to ensure that your order is fulfilled the same or next day. You will not be charged until your order has shipped.

If you have submitted an online order, you will receive a confirmation email within a few minutes of placing your order. If you have emailed a purchase order to info@advancedcompu.com, a confirmation email will be sent to you once the order has been processed during our regular office hours Monday to Friday 10.30am – 7pm EST.

If you need to cancel your order please contact us at +1-(647)-832-4215 or email us at info@advancedcompu.com. Please keep in mind that we strive to process and ship orders the same day (if received before 1pm EST), and once the order has shipped you will be subject to our return policy.

Order Customization

Refurbished product is professionally inspected and tested by a team of qualified technician to make the product works and looks like new. Box and accessories may be generic.

Yes, we offer free upgrade of RAM & Hard-drive on all of our products. Buyer is responsible for the extra cost of RAM & Hard-drive. Installation is done for free. Please contact us at +1-(647)-832-4215 or email us at info@advancedcompu.com for order customization.

Warranty

The warranty covers if the product is damage in transit or it has hardware or software defects. All Advanced Computers product comes with 90 days warranty. Replacement or refund will be issued depending on the return. Warranty doesn’t cover physical damage by the customer.

Items to be repaired under warranty will be returned to Advanced Computers at the owner’s expense. Repairs covered by warranty (as reasonably determined by Advanced Computers) will be shipped back to the owner at Advanced Computer expense. Shipping costs outside of warranty covered items will be at the owner’s expense.

All warranty starts from the day product is deliver to the customer.
